MEATBALLS & SAUCE 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
5 tbsp. green pepper
1 lg. onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. celery leaves, cut fine
1/2 c. Romano cheese

Mix all together. Roll into balls.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato puree
1 Hunts special tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste (sm.)
1 can plain tomato sauce
1/2 c. Romano cheese

Have boiling, add meatballs; bring to boil; lower heat and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
