CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 chicken breasts boiled and cut up. (Save 1 c. broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 box Escort crackers

LAYER:

1/2 crackers in bottom

Heat soup and chicken broth. Drop in chestnuts and chicken. Pour over crackers. Rest of crackers on top. Melt 1 stick of butter drizzle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
