Line 15x10 inch cookie sheet with foil; oil well. Lay soda crackers side by side on cookie sheet to cover.

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter

Bring to boil; boil 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over soda crackers and spread. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips (6 oz.) over top. Let melt and spread. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let stand 10 minutes and break into pieces.
