2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 eggs, well beaten
2 sm. jars baby food plums
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients. Beat well. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Icing: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon. Drizzle on cake while warm.
