PLUM SUPREME CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves (ground)
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 sm. or 1 lg. plum baby food or apricot fruit

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into a bundt (greased and floured) pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice (warmed)

Warm lemon juice and pour in powdered sugar; blend well, then drizzle over warm cake.
