COUNTRY CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
8 slices of bacon, crumbled
2 cans of Hormel chunk bread of chicken
1 can of peas and corn, drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 c. milk
1 can Durkee French onion

In greased 8 x 12, baking dish. Combine first 4 ingredients. Then add cheese and soup. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Meanwhile combine biscuit mix drop by spoonful to form biscuits on casserole. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until golden brown top with remaining cheese and onions.
