FANNY MAY FUDGE | |
4 c. granulated sugar (2 lbs.) 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. butter 25 lg. marshmallows 13 oz. milk chocolate chips 13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate 1 c. nuts, chopped (optional) Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Take off heat, add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add the chocolate, one kind at a time and stir until melted. Add nuts and put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Makes about 5 pounds of fudge. |
