POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes (2 1/2 qt. cooked and diced)
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
6 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped pimento
3 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

Cook potatoes in jackets. Peel and dice. Season with small amount of French's French Dressing. Add eggs, green pepper, pimento and celery. Add salad dressing (recipe follows) and mix lightly until blended. Chill.

SALAD DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt to taste
Dash of white pepper

Blend.
