BEEF BRISKET 
Brisket
Carrots
Potatoes
1/2 lg. bottle ketchup
1 pkg. onion soup mix

While partially frozen, cut brisket into strips. Place in deep baking pan.

In large saucepan, mix ketchup and package of onion soup. Fill pan the rest of the way with warm water. Stir and pour over meat. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Then add quartered potatoes and large cuts of carrots. Bake 1 more hour or until vegetables are done.
