BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. boneless beef (sirloin or top round)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. beef consomme
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut beef into 2 x 1/4 inch strips. Shake beef in flour, salt, Accent and pepper mixture. Heat 1/3 cup butter in skillet. Add meat and onion. Brown. When meat is browned, add 2 cups beef consomme. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Heat 3 tablespoons butter in pan. Brown 1/2 pounds sliced fresh mushrooms. Add to meat. Blend the sour cream, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Stir into meat mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
