SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
Parsley
1/2 c. minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. hot vegetable oil
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream

Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, onions, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix to size of walnuts. Brown in vegetable oil. Remove from pan. Add to pan the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Stir in boiling water and sour cream. Bring to boil; lower heat. Return meatballs to skillet.
