AUTUMN SOUP | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 c. chopped onion 4 c. water 1 c. cut-up carrots 1 c. diced celery 1 c. cubed, peeled potatoes 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf 1/8 tsp. basil 6 tomatoes or a 28 oz. can tomatoes with liquid Cook and stir meat until brown. Drain. Cook and stir onions with meat and water until tender. Add all but tomatoes. Cook 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 30 minutes more. |
