APRICOT HORNS 
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. flour
3 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
1 yeast cake
1 tbsp. sugar
8 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and butter as for pie crust. Add beaten egg yolks. Add yeast, dissolved in lukewarm milk, and sugar. Add vanilla. Knead well. Roll thin and circle and cut in pie wedges. Place jam and roll with fingers to form small crescent shaped horns. Place in pan and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake in moderate oven until slightly brown, 350 degrees.

When cool, ice with confectioners' sugar.
