OREO COOKIE ICE CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 qt. hot fudge
1 lg. container of Cool Whip

Crush Oreos in a plastic bag with rolling pin. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter to Oreos (reserve 1 tablespoon of Oreos). Line 13 x 9 inch rectangular pan with crushed Oreo's and press firmly to make crust.

Add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream, making sure ice cream covers all of cookie crust. Put in freezer for 30 minutes or until ice cream is firm and frozen again. Then add a layer of hot fudge, covering all ice cream. Add a layer of Cool Whip covering all hot fudge. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon, reserve crushed Oreo's on top and freeze for at least 2 hours.
