AUNT BARB'S POT ROAST 
1 roast (any size or type; cheap cuts work fine)
Worcestershire sauce
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Onions
1 can green beans (optional)
Potatoes
Carrots
Celery

Salt and pepper roast. Add onion powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. This will tenderize meat as well as adding flavor.

Cook in a covered pot at 325 degrees for at least 2 hours, or until a fork will separate the meat. Add potatoes and other vegetables (cut in wedges - enough to fill pot). Cook until potatoes are done.
