CAROLYN'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tall can Carnation evaporated milk
15 oz. German sweet chocolate
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix the sugar and milk together. Let set while you grate the German chocolate or cut into very small pieces. Mix the chocolates, marshmallow cream and nuts together in a large bowl.

Boil the milk-sugar mixture. When it becomes a rolling boil continue to let it boil for exactly 7 minutes. Stir it constantly. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until the chocolates and marshmallow are melted. Pour into buttered pans. It makes at least 5 pounds of fudge.
