APRICOT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam

Mix first 5 ingredients by hand until well blended. Press half the mix into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with apricot jam. Sprinkle remaining mix over top. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Very delicious and easy.
