CARAMEL BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 butter

Mix until crumbly, reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into greased 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine 1 jar caramel ice cream topping with 1/4 cup flour and pour on baked base. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup butterscotch chips. Top with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
