2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 c. milk 4 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. applesauce 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat. Serve with butter and hot maple syrup. Serves 6. | |
