ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
608 zucchinis, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. real lemon juice
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. low sodium beef bouillon
1 med. onion, diced
2 mushroom soup, supplement, or 1 can regular soup

Prepare zucchini and simmer in lemon juice, onion and turkey until changed color. Mix turkey and zucchini then pour in mushroom soup.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
