YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 to 3 tbsp. fat from beef roast or oil

Stir together flour and salt and milk. Mix in eggs, beat until batter is bubbly. Set aside for 30 minutes. Heat fat or oil in 9x9 inch baking dish and pour in batter. Bake at 450 degrees until puffed and brown, about 1/2 hour. Serve with roast and gravy.
