GRANDMA'S YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
Milk (to thin batter)
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
6 to 8 tbsp. fat drippings from meat

Mix flour, baking powder, salt together. Beat eggs adding a little milk. Mix flour mixture into egg mixture, making a fairly thin batter.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Warm fat drippings in pan. Carefully pour batter into pan and place in oven. Pudding will fall if oven is banged in the first 10 minutes of cooking. Remove when pudding lightly browned. Cut and serve hot with meat and gravy. Serves 8.

Preparation time 15 to 25 minutes. Baking time: approximately 25 and check oven after 20 minutes.
