TANGY CHEESE DIP 
2 (8 oz.) containers Wisconsin Pride or Kaukauna sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian seasoning mix
1/4 c. red cooking wine

Place cheese in mixing bowl and sprinkle dressing mix throughout. Blend well until cheese is smooth. Gradually add cooking wine until creamy. Refrigerate before serving.

Use as a spread over Melba toast (rye is best) or assorted crackers.
