HOBO STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 or 5 med. potatoes, cubed
3 or 4 sliced carrots
1 med. onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Roll ground beef into large meatballs. Line roasting pan with foil. Place all the ingredients in pan and pinch foil together. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 425 degrees.
