LEMON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 (4 oz.) stick of butter
2 tbsp. dill powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. lemon
2 tbsp. cooking oil

In a frying pan put 2 tablespoons oil on medium heat and brown chicken breasts. Drain oil. Cut stick of butter in half and melt it in frying pan on medium heat. Place browned chicken breasts back in frying pan with melted butter. Cut other half of butter stick into flour thin slices. Place a slice of butter on top of each piece of chicken breast. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons dill and juice of lemon over chicken, season with salt. Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Yields 2 to 4 servings.
