BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 boxes raspberry Jello
2 boxes sure jell
8 c. sugar

Bring beet juice, lemon juice and sure jell to a boil. Add sugar and raspberry Jello, boil hard for 10 minutes. Let set for 4 minutes. Skim off pink foam and ladle into jars or glasses. Seal.
