SUPER SUPPER NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Liquid hot pepper
1 or 2 cans refried beans
4 oz. diced green chilies
2-3 c. shredded Jack cheese
3/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Pitted ripe olives, chopped or sliced
Guacamole dip
Sour cream

Brown meat and onion. Add hot pepper to taste. Spread refried beans in a serving dish. Cover with meat, chilies, cheese and sauce in that order. Cover and chill, if made ahead. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until very hot.

Immediately garnish with green onions, olives, guacamole and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. Keep on warming tray, if possible.
