MARINATED RAW VEGETABLE SALAD -
ISRAELI
 
2 lg. carrots
2 lg. kirby cucumbers
1 lg. red pepper
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion
5 broccoli flowerets
5 cauliflowerets
3/4 c. oil, vegetable or olive
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Slice first 5 vegetables. Break in flowerets. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over vegetables. Put into jar or container and refrigerate overnight. Mix several times.
