2 c. sugar
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. milk
2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine sugar and milk; let come to a soft ball stage. Put dates in and let melt thoroughly. Take off fire. Add pecans; beat together. Put into damp cloth; mold into any shape desired.
