MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream style corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 jalapeno peppers
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and drain on paper towel. Mix all other ingredients together and add browned beef. Place in 1 large or 2 small well greased skillets. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
