SAUSAGE WALNUT STUFFING | |
1 c. butter 1 c. minced onion 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. chopped parsley 3/4 c. chopped celery 1/2 lb. pork sausage (cooked and drained) 1 c. chopped walnuts 3 qts. soft, stale bread cubes Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes. Add pork sausage meat (cooked and drained of fat). Add nuts and bread cubes. (Enough for 12-14 pound bird...but I find it's enough for up to 18 pound.) |
