WILLIAMSBURG BREAD 
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350°F and spray pan with Pam. Take 1 can of rolls and lay out in bottom of pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over rolls. Put second set of rolls over mixture. Wet top with egg white. Then mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.

Bake 35 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate and cut into squares. Keep in refrigerator.
