SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. Hot Rice's pork sausage
10 oz. sharp Kraft cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick mix

Let sausage sit at room temperature for about 1 hour, cooked and drained. mix all ingredients in a bowl (large). Roll into small balls on a cookie sheet (ungreased). Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. If frozen before or after baking add a couple minutes to baking time.
