Smells delicious...in oven now. Such a simple recipe. I did not have white wine so used sherry instead. I tasted the sauce before I put it over the pork....delicious!

I love this recipe. The only thing I do differently is to push slivers of fresh garlic in the meat before I brown it. All my friends who have eaten with me have raved about how good my pork loins are. Thank you so much for this recipe.

I make this with dark Balsamic vinegar instead of wine, It is fabulous and I have to double the sauce as my adult children love it on mashed potatoes, as do I. thanks for the recipe, I make it very often...

I made this tonight for supper. I thought it was real good but my husband thought it was just good. I didn't use mushrooms because I'm the only one who would eat them. I will make it again but I will omit the butter & try using beef broth this time.

Just made this tonight for the first time. Was really good; the meat was flavorful and very tender. I don't like mushrooms, so I cut up a few small potatoes instead. I also added 1 clove of crushed garlic to the veggie mixture. I also used all olive oil to brown the meat; butter isn't necessary in this recipe. And I used a salt-free seasoning & pepper on the meat before I browned it, too. Would definitely make this again!

First time I bought pork tenderloin and was looking for a recipe. This was amazing! It even got transfered to our personal recipe book, and only the good ones get in there!!! I didn't put any mushrooms as we didn't have any on hand, but I'm sure it would be great just the same. Will add them next time. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe is AMAZING. I haven't cooked much, and when I do I almost always mess it up. I've burnt rice, overcooked broccoli, butchered tomato meat sauce with pepper...well you get the picture... and I tried this recipe because it looked very simple and I had all the ingredients. I was worried thinking, 'there are no spices... no garlic... this might be kinda bland...-it is anything but bland. LOVE it. Thank you thank you thank you!
