2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter in 8"x12" pan in hot oven. Break eggs into a bowl. Add milk alternately with flour which has been sifted with the salt. Add sugar. Pour into the sizzling hot pan and bake 40 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
