CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 lg. can Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 c.
3 eggs
Splash of milk
Butter-flavor Crisco

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix eggs and milk together. Layer bread crumbs and cheese on plate. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then press into crumb mixture until fully coated. Deep fry at 350 degrees with Crisco until light brown. Do not over cook. Place on paper towel to drain grease. Dip in favorite sauce. Serves 4.
