BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 sm. pkg. noodles, your favorite width
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 qt. casserole

Brown onions in butter, in large frying pan. Add green pepper and beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Drain off fat. Add seasonings and Worcestershire. Stir in two cans golden mushroom soup. Line bottom 1/3 of casserole with cooked noodles. Add layer of cottage cheese, top with meat mixture. Reheat in oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.

Serve with third can of soup heated as a gravy. Or freeze for future use.

Garnish top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
