CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE | |
1 c. chocolate chips 1 pt. heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 graham cracker crust Melt chocolate in microwave or over low heat. Separate 2 eggs. Add 1 whole egg and both yolks, one at a time to chocolate. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold into chocolate. Whip cream. Fold half of the whipped cream into mousse. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate. Top with remaining whipped cream. Variations: Use other flavored extracts. Whip berries into whipped cream. |
