CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1 stick butter or unsalted butter, melted

Combine crust ingredients, press on bottom and up sides of 10 inch spring form pan - refrigerate 30 minutes.

FILLING:

16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 cups whipping cream
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 egg whites

For filling: Melt chocolate. Let cool to lukewarm. Add egg yolks plus whole eggs and mix well. Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff. Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir a little of cream and whites into chocolate mixture to lighten. Fold in remaining cream and whites. Turn into crust. Chill.

TOPPING:

2 cups whipping cream
6 tbsp. powdered sugar

To serve, whip the cream and sprinkle sugar on top. If you wish, you can decorate with semi-sweet leaves - coat under side of leaves, freeze and peel.
