MOUSSE PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
3/4 c. cold milk
1/2 c. pumpkin, canned
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pie crust

Mix vanilla pudding and 3/4 cup milk and blend in pumpkin and spice. Add 2 cups Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Chill 4 hours. Then spread remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top.
