PLENTY 'O PEANUTS BARS 
6 c. Quaker's Oh's or Honey Graham cereal
1 (12 oz.) can cocktail nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Grease 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. combine cereal and nuts in large bowl. Combine sugar and corn syrup in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to a full rolling boil. Remove mixture from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture, mix well until coated. Press into prepared pan. Chill and cut into bars.
