MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 sm. pkg. cornbread mix
1 lb. or more ground beef
3/4 lb. grated cheese
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. onion, chopped

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until done; drain. Mix cornbread according to package directions, adding creamed corn.l Pour half of cornbread mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Spread meat mixture over cornbread; add cheese and the rest of bread mix. Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread is browned.
