LO - CAL CABBAGE SOUP 
2 slices bacon, chopped
6 c. cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. hot water

Place bacon in 3 quart pan. Cover, microwave at high 3 to 5 minutes or until bacon begins to crisp. Stir in cabbage, onion, seasonings and 2 cups water. Cover and microwave at high for 10 minutes. Add remaining water. Cover and microwave at high for 8 to 12 minutes or until cabbage and onions are tender. Contains 48 calories per serving. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
