BARBARA'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese (lite or regular)
1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream (lite or regular)
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Grease bottom of springform pan. Place crust mixture on bottom and continue up the side. Press firmly. Refrigerate crust while preparing cake mixture.

CAKE: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Add sour cream, heavy cream and vanilla. Mix well from bottom of bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let remain in oven until cool. Refrigerate for a day before serving. Enjoy!
