LITE HAM & CHEESE STRATA 
12 (1 oz.) slices French bread
3 oz. lean ham, sliced thin
3 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
1 c. Egg Beaters
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 qt. non fat milk
3 oz. low fat grated cheddar cheese
Paprika
Spray top with pam

Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Make 6 sandwiches with bread, ham and slices cheese. Place in dish. Combine egg substitute, salt, mustard and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve at once. 6 servings.

320 calories, 37 mg cholesterol, 11 grams fat, 957 mg sodium. Great for brunch.
