This is really a cake icing which we use on ice cream.

3/4 cube butter, melted in saucepan
1 heaping cup dark brown sugar
3/4 c. Chiradelli's ground chocolate
3/4 c. cream (or small carnation)

Boil about 10 minutes or until thick. Let cool.
