LOLA'S BLUEBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can blueberries (or frozen, cook to make juice)
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. black cherry gelatin
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Drain pineapple and blueberries. Add water to juice to make 3 cups. Heat 1 1/2 cups liquid, add gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Add remaining liquid; chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream, fruits, marshmallows and nuts. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
