PEACH PICKLES 
1 qt. vinegar
12 lbs. peaches (peeled)
6 lbs. sugar
1 tbsp. cloves
1 ginger root
4 or 5 whole sticks cinnamon

Cook until tender. Set overnight. Next day pack in jars. Heat syrup, pour over pickles that have been placed in jars. Seal tight.
