MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. French dressing
1 sm. bag Dorito Taco chips
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/4 tsp. salt

Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with grated cheese and add French dressing. Crunch and add taco chips.

Brown ground beef and drain off any fat; add (drained) kidney beans and salt; simmer 10 minutes. Add meat and beans to cold salad and serve immediately.
