MILE HIGH RASPBERRY PIE 
Baked 9 inch pie shell or Oreo cookie crust
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1-2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed)
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Beat sugar, raspberries and egg whites together until very stiff. Beat cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into raspberries. Turn into baked pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
